MSL Toronto turned a good effort from starter Gabor Boerboom into a win over the MSL New Orleans Voodoo at MSL New Orleans Ballpark. The final score was 4-2. The 5th-place Voodoo now sit at 17-16.

Pedro López had a direct impact on the outcome. López contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fourth inning to put MSL Toronto up, 2-1.

"This game will punch you right in the mouth," said Boerboom. "My job is to show up and give my team a chance."
