Ft. Worth left-hander Seung-gwan Kim pitched his team to victory over the Philadelphia Liberty at The Cattle Pen. The final score was 4-1. The win puts Ft. Worth at 38-35 this season.

Marcus Holmes had a big run-scoring triple for the Cattlemen in the bottom of the second inning. With Ft. Worth leading 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he got a changeup from 22-year old right-handed pitcher Bobby Johnson and swatted a triple to left-center. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Cattlemen ahead, 2-0.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Holmes said.
