Gross Smacks 6 Hits for Flanderses Monday, June 4th , 2063 Bobby Gross had an answer for everything the Philadelphia Liberty U-21 threw at him at Hudsonville Park. The Hudsonville center fielder went 6-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Flanderses a win, 16-0. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Gross said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Bobby Gross singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Bill Griggs in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Bill Griggs in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Nam-june Park in the 8th.
